Cleaning & Maintenance
- After each use, gently remove the inner sleeve from the chassis.
- Rinse the sleeve thoroughly under warm running water (under 40 °C / 104 °F).
- Apply a small amount of toy-safe cleaner; massage and rinse again.
- Pat dry with a lint-free cloth and let air-dry completely before reinserting.
- Lightly dust the dry sleeve with the included renewal powder to restore the soft, skin-like feel.
- Wipe the outer ABS chassis with a damp cloth — never submerge the motor housing in water.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Q: The device won't turn on.
A: Hold the Power button for a full 2 seconds. If nothing happens, charge for 30+ minutes and try again. Most "dead" units are simply at 0% battery out of the box.
Q: The motor sounds loud or strained.
A: Add a few drops of water-based lubricant to the sleeve interior — friction from a dry sleeve forces the motor to work harder. Never use silicone-based lube with a TPE sleeve.
Q: My phone is too wide for the holder.
A: The clamp fits phones up to 7 inches wide (most flagship phones including iPhone Pro Max and Galaxy Ultra). Remove bulky cases for the best fit.
Q: Is the packaging discreet?
