Welcome to LetenStore (the "Store," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Restriction — 18+ Only

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and to cancel any order placed by a minor.

2. Account & Order Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that they are error-free.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price at the time of order is binding.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability). If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and PCI-DSS compliant gateways including Stripe and PayPal. Your card statement will show a discreet merchant descriptor; the descriptor name will be confirmed at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and trademarks ("Leten," "LetenStore") — is the property of Leten or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Resell or commercially redistribute our products without an authorized reseller agreement.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Store's operation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Store and all products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Except for the express manufacturer warranty stated in our Refund Policy, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetenStore's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Store, or any product, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetenStore, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of any product.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Store after such updates constitutes acceptance.
