1. 100% Discreet Packaging — Guaranteed
Every LetenStore order is packed in a plain, unbranded outer carton. There is no mention of Leten, LetenStore, adult products, or the contents on the outside. The return address shows a neutral fulfillment-center name. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

All orders ship from our European fulfillment hub. Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs & Duties
For destinations outside the EU/UK, you may be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our shipping rates. LetenStore declares all packages with a neutral generic description ("personal-care electronic device") to maintain discretion while complying with customs regulations.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking pages are operated by the carrier and do not reveal package contents.
6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email support@letenstore.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and, if confirmed lost, send a free replacement.
7. Address Changes
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address. Email us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once dispatched, addresses cannot be changed.
