Refund & Return Policy

At LetenStore we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we have specific rules in place to protect the health, safety, and privacy of every customer.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
2. Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, only the following return categories are accepted:
- Unopened & Sealed: The product is in its original, factory-sealed packaging with all tamper-evident seals intact. Full refund minus return shipping.
- Defective on Arrival (DOA): The product does not power on, has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged in transit. Full refund or free replacement at your choice — return shipping covered by us.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If we shipped the wrong product, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
3. Items We Cannot Accept
Once the tamper-evident seal is broken, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — even if unused. This is a strict requirement of consumer protection law for personal-care and intimate products in the US, EU, and UK.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@letenstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos showing the issue (for DOA / wrong item), and a brief description.
- Our team will reply within 48 business hours with an RMA number and discreet return label.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it within 7 days of receiving your RMA. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3 business days), we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
6. Warranty
All Leten products carry a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering motor failure and electronic defects under normal use. Damage from drops, water (beyond the product's official IP rating), or misuse is not covered.
